The fragmentary condition of this structure does not allow an in-depth analysis of its architectural features. Its representation as a Nymphaeum rests on the drawings of the excavators, who in turn trusted the suggestion that the design of this building is similar that of the contemporary Nymphaeum of Herodes Atticus in Olympia.
